


The program cost for volunteers is $4,000 USD which includes:
• Flights to Peru to Uganda and back to the United
States
• Accommodation in the volunteer house
• Three meals a day, seven days a week
• Facilitation and support of the study project
• Guided weekend exploration excursions
• Transportation from Lima to Huancayo
• Transportation within Huancayo
• Planned activities with local organizations
Volunteer Responsibilities:
The Pangaea Partnership is a collaboration of small “grass-roots” non profits set up to support volunteer efforts in South America. Because of this, there are some responsibilities that must take care of:
• Valid
Passport
• Health Insurance / medical expenses if needed
• Required vaccinations
• A tourist visa to Uganda (Obtainable by mail through Ugandan Embassy)
• Evacuation insurance
• Any special equipment for the project (ei – laptop computer
or camera)
• Spending money
We are looking for motivated candidates from all fields of study who have a passion for traveling, learning about new cultures, and would like to help improve the lives of others. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a valid passport. This program is ideal for university students who are studying or interested in:
